MOV Business Suites operates on a week-to-week agreement. Rent your suite for as long as your practice needs it, and leave when you are ready.

Payment: Credit card only, auto-billed each Wednesday. Debit cards are not accepted.

Suite Deposit: A one-time $250 deposit is required before move-in. Paid by credit card at time of agreement.

Requirements

What You Need to Rent a Suite

MOV Business Suites is reserved for licensed, insured professionals. All three requirements must be in place before a rental agreement is signed.

Valid WV Business License

You must hold a current West Virginia business license. This is verified before the rental agreement is signed.

WV Board License (if applicable)

If your profession requires a West Virginia board or professional license — such as a therapy, healthcare, or real estate license — it must be current and valid.

Professional Liability Insurance — Named Insured

You must carry a professional liability insurance policy with MOV Business Suites named as an additional insured on the policy. This is required before move-in.

How is pricing calculated?
Suites are priced at $1 per square foot per week. The majority of suites are under $100 per week. Once we confirm your suite size, your weekly rate is fixed and auto-billed by credit card each Wednesday.
 
Every suite includes two dedicated parking spaces, paid utilities, access to a shared waiting room, handicap accessible bathrooms, key fob building entry, security cameras inside and outside, an alarmed facility, and regular cleaning of all common areas including hallways and bathrooms.
 
Week-to-week rental agreements only. There is no long-term lease or multi-month commitment required. Your credit card is auto-billed each Wednesday. You can end your rental without a notice period or penalty.
 
Three things are required: a valid WV business license, a WV board or professional license if your profession requires one, and a professional liability insurance policy with MOV Business Suites listed as a named additional insured. All three must be in place before the rental agreement is signed.
